Welcome to Khannect Media. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

We offer digital marketing services including Facebook ad management, lead generation, and strategy consulting for small to medium businesses in Canada.

2. Billing & Payments

Services are billed on a monthly basis via automatic payment. Payment is due in full before the start of each monthly campaign period. Failure to pay may result in a pause or termination of services.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and advertising expenses, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a campaign has started.

4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel services with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation must be sent to [email protected].

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary business information, ad access, and approvals in a timely manner. Khannect Media is not liable for performance issues due to client delays or lack of access.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for results, but cannot guarantee specific leads, conversions, or sales outcomes. Our services are best-effort based on proven strategies.
